Fulfillment Policy

• Refund policy — Tickets for classes & dinners are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend you can transfer the ticket to another person. If in the event we need to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a refund in full to the card used to purchase the tickets.

• Delivery policy — All orders for products will be picked up at Ebb & Company unless other delivery arrangements have been made.

• Return policy – If you are unhappy with product purchased from Ebb & Company, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss a return.

• Cancellation policy — Subscriptions to our wine club can be cancelled anytime.
